We LOVE it!

"We are on city water and were using filter pitchers before. We got tired of pitchers filling up the counter space, and that's when we found Express Water. We LOVE our Express Water system! It's changed the quality AND taste of our water and having it on tap is so much more hand."

Filter replacement

"Easy system to replace filters, only small problem is I took the canisters off to clean and forgot the order they go back in. Small directions would be helpful, found them online so no biggie."

Brian D. (5/5)

Low pressure

"After changing the filters now I have very low pressure. Double checked it's all hooked right and then even redid the seals and no leaks."

Q&A

How do I know whether my filter is 50GPD or 100 GPD? Or its only matter of time of usage, I can purchase either capacity?
The 50-GPD and 100-GPD refers to the Membrane Filter capacity, with the Membrane Filter 100-GPD(gallons per day) designed to produce RO water at a slightly increased rate, depending on incoming water quality, temperature and water pressure. Please note, both Membrane Filters are the same size at 12" x 2" in order to fit into the standard "ROM" Membrane Housing. The only difference physically between the 50 and 100 GPD Membrane Filters are the number of rounds of TFC (thin film composite). While the 50 GPD Membrane has 4 rounds of TFC, the 100 GPD Membrane has 8 rounds which allows for more pores for the water to come out of and increase the water capacity. Our Express Water brand High Rejection (90-98% rejection rate of all contaminants) Rate Membrane Filters rated at 50 GPD and/or 100 GPD are factory specifications for membrane production, this is considering that all factors such as water pressure, water temperature and water quality are all at optimum working conditions. Unfortunately, in reality these factors are prone to change throughout the day and will affect how these residential RO Systems operate. For example, if the RO System Membrane Filter is rated at 50 GPD (gallons per day), if left running for 24 hours the system can produce up 25 to 40 gallons, depending on your incoming water quality, water pressure, temperature and usage pattern. Therefore, actual production rate and filtration efficiency will depend on local water conditions.
