"Product is faulty and their scumbags waste water kept draining. Did not shut off refused to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee they charged they took over $100 back scumbags never tested the product when he got back to them just put it back on the shelf for the next guy to deal with. Need replacement parts and didn't get
"The cartridges for my unit are so hard to screw on and I asked for replacement cartridges and never got them so now my system leaks because I can't tighten my cartridges down. I even broke the wrench trying to put the cartridges on."

"I’ve had the unit up and running for the past 2 weeks now and theres a subtle leak coming from above the SED filter. I’ve already removed and reseated it and it’s still leaking from the top and dripping down the side of the frame."

"I’ve had this filter for a few years now, and it seems to have done its job fine. The filters are a little annoying/tricky/expensive to swap out every 6 months but that was somewhat expected. I had a leak occur recently and I have called support several times over the past few months trying to get it resolved - each time the representative would tell me they are sending a replacement part, and each time nothing would come after weeks of waiting for the mail."
