"Easy to use, True Reverse Osmosis water!"
"easy to hook up, hope it does what it says"
"An undersink system was not feasible because of the way my sink was installed and I do not have open counter space in the kitchen I wanted to sacrifice for a large countertop machine. I put this machine in the laundry on the dryer, connected it to the washing machine fill faucet and drain outlet, and bought a two gallon glass dispenser to keep water on the the kitchen counter for drinking and cooking. This machine is not fancy or fast; but it is out of the way in the laundry, there are no pumps or moving parts to clog or break, the price is great, and I can easily buy more containers if I develop a need to keep more finished water available for some reason."
"The product description says it's for under-sink RO installation, implying a raw water connection under the sink with a 3/8" hose. However, the connection is from the faucet. If I block the faucet, how can I wash my dishes? It's frustrating. I've tried to return it, but the shipping and repackaging process is a nightmare. The customer service has been terrible."
"My hard water here is 1000. Where other cities are either 200 or 400. This Express Water counter top RO system makes my water taste clean and pure. This is at least my 3rd purchase. So that must tell how good this works. But, how many gallons a day for 6 months can I filter ?"
"I love this affordable and portable unit. Being used to 10 and 24 gallon units, I'm really surprised at how this 100 gql. unit- which is the same size- can fill a 2. 5 gal. container in minutes. When not in use, I store it in the refrigerator to keep it fresh longer. I look forward to many years of having a reliable water supply."
"Water taste amazing"
"I’ve had this countertop RO for a couple years now through a move and multiple filter replacements. It’s a great value unit that is simple to operate and use, where the only downsides (through the cost savings) are knowing a bit of diy for your own maintenance and filter replacements, and the flow rate is slower without a tank or pump. They are hardly negatives for me. I use it once or twice per week to fill up a large 2. 5 gallon tank to put in my fridge (I add trace minerals back in after filtering) as well as some filtered water for plants. It’s kept up well with regular filter replacements and cleaning. I’m hoping to get 5 years or so out of it but I don’t see why it can’t go longer as long as it’s well cared for. The only thing that concerns me lately is the availability of replacement filters. This year I couldn’t buy them when I needed them. If they become unavailable I may have to purchase another unit or brand."
"Although I knew it wouldn't have the same pressure as an under the sink full system has, the fact that it throws out more dirty water with greater pressure than it does clean water is disappointing. The dirty water comes out enough that you could fill a cup of water in mere seconds whereas the clean water takes about a minute to come out of the spout and then it's a trickle. If there wasn't a restocking fee plus shipping and handling fees to return it, I'd have done so. I don't recommend this item to anyone who wants a glass of water let along to fill a gallon size pitcher."
