"Originally you sent me an email saying the renewal filters were $144. They they arrived at $186. I called and they wanted the email. I sent it. They said they couldn't honor that price. They said $168. I said credit my card. I was told they couldn't do that. I sent the filters back. A month later I received the new ones for $168. Then I received another email offering the filters for $144. I don't understand your business practices. Does your marketing people talk to your accounting people? Why wouldn't you credit my account instead of sending the filters back?"
