"First I want to say this water has been fantastic and everyone that tastes it loves it. Second, I frequently get indigestion from tap water, fridge filtered water, and even some brands of bottled water, which left me buying only certain brands and lugging heavy cases in each week. I bought this 5 filter RO system in August 2025 in hopes of stopping the dreaded cases and cases of water bottles each month to survive. I get ZERO heart burn from this filtered water! I’ve tried several other filters and this one is a winner! Our tap smells often of bleach or chemical smell and there is ZERO smell from the filtered RO tap! Third, the only reason I’m giving 4 stars and not 5 stars is the set up. The tightened tool broke from us trying to just get the filters completely closed so they wouldn’t leak. They are VERY hard to turn and if it weren’t for my husband I would have had to return the product because I wouldn’t have been able to correctly install them. We bought a separate tool with a rubber belt at an hardware store and it made the installation much easier but we still worried the set up may crack from how hard we had to turn. I do wonder if we will be able to open these up to change out the filters when needed but that’s for another day. So after 4 months of daily use so far, I absolutely love our filtration system and how fresh the water tastes. Just wish the set up of installing the filters to the system was easier to tighten and loosen. I would also like to mention I decided on the system with the tank because I read several people mention slow flow of water from just a filter. I didn’t want to wait to fill up a glass. I have had zero issue with the speed of flow coming from the tiny faucet. I use this water to cook with as well and fill up a large pot to boil pasta with zero slow down of flow. It’s great! I recommend this system to all my friends and family 100%"
"I have had this system for about4 or 5 years now. It was a mess to set up but I do love my water. Changing the filters are a nightmare but I do it. The last time I changed the filters my connectors were leaking. I've never had that problem before so I contacted the company to buy new connectors to mabee fix the problem. I was asked to take a vidio and send it to them. I did. After that just a whole lot of emails that were no help. I guess you can buy connectors from them. Now I just installed new filters and I can't get my system to stop leaking. So disappointed"
