"I ordered and installed the StreamLine Direct Connect System in Feb 2026. The tested water flow rate averages 0. 6 GPM compared to the 1. 5 GPM listed on the website. This device does not give 1. 5 GPM This is not a good product for kitchen use connected to the sink's cold water input. It may be great for a water dispenser. What can be done to improve the water flow?"
"Have had the filter for one week and can't get support to tell me which water line plugs into which side of the filter head! How difficult is it to mark that on the filter head with a simple 'Inlet' and 'Outlet'. Their foreign phone boiler room clerks can't even answer that simple question! BUY AMERICAN!!!"

"This is a great filter for a filtered water dispenser, but absolutely does not have the flow rate to support filtering the cold supply for a kitchen faucet. My flow meter shows 2 gal per minute without the filter and 0. 57 gal per minute with the filter - that’s just to slow for a kitchen faucet. For a filter dispenser tap or instant hot water system, it’s just fine, and I would highly recommend for that. If they didn’t say that it had a flow rate of 1. 5 gal per minute and was sufficient to support filtering the cold supply for a kitchen faucet, I’d give it 5 stars for a filtered water dispenser tap."
"The Express Water Streamline was relatively easy to install a little bit of a hassle due to the make of my sink but not due to the filter system itself. The water pressure is the same as before installation. The taste of the filtered water is excellent. The refills for this system are a little pricey that is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5."
"- Easy install - High water throughput - The shipped (and online) instructions are incomplete and customer support initially gave wrong answer. - Requires me to waste water on each use, since the faucet mixer may contain unfiltered water from hot supply. - As expected, filtering is not as good as multiple stage filtering, though literature claims comparable filtering. - Initially had problems with customer support: Phones are under-staffed; Email responses are slow and spotty. I found calling and selecting "Sales" not "Installation help" was the most effective means to get support"
"We found this under sink filter to be pretty easy to install despite the instructions being unclear on some details. There was no reduction in water flow and the filter is easy to change. It does only filter the cold water which is a downside. Overall it seems like a good option if you are looking for an under sink filter."

"This fit under our basic kitchen sink nicely even fho it was bigger than I expected. installation was super simple and it was hooked and ready within minutes .I also did not notice a change in water pressure which was good so the only change is i’m now getting clean water. I played around with the spot to change the filter and that also seems like it will be an easy thing to do."
