Reviews

Like a Tank

"Shipment arrived quickly and in great shape. Pricing was very competitive with good reviews. Keep in mind most tanks don't come with fittings and/or shutoffs. Connected tank with 9lbs of air and is working great. I have all the RO i need during heavy demands. I'd recommend for a large RO tank"

Important Tips Before Installing!

"I ran into 2 significant issues that I've seen others face. Once I resolved these, the tank works great. 1) If you're using this as an RO tank, the PSI of the empty tank should be around 7 PSI. It came from the factory at 35PSI. This means nearly no water would go into the tank. Be sure to test the PSI and reduce it to 7PSI if needed. 2) The 1" thread on the bottom had a pre-installed L piece, which was nice. However, what wasn't so nice is that it leaked all over the floor. It was very tight but still leaked and I had to take a metal mallet to loosen it. I then replaced it with a PVC threaded L adapter and used thread sealant (not the tape) and now no leaks."

Q&A

Our tank's pressure got released by accident during a cleaning. And I was wondering if we are able to re-pressure it ourselves.
To check the Air Pressure inside the Tank, please follow the steps below (Please Note: There should be NO more 10 PSI of air pressure on an empty Tank): 1) Close Water Supply to the System through the Feed Adapter Valve. 2) Open RO Faucet to empty water in the Tank (Do not check the air if there is water inside of the tank). 3) Once the Tank is empty of water, Close Blue Valve on top of the Tank. 4) Unscrew the Blue Cap on the lower half of the tank, this will reveal an Air Valve similar to the one found in Bicycle tires. 5) You may check the amount of air pressure inside the Tank by using a regular Pressure Gauge or an Air Compressor, as you would for car tires. 6) You may add air using a Bicycle Pump or Air Compressor as needed (10 psi is the maximum air pressure recommended). To reduce the air pressure, simply press on the stem on the air valve with a Pressure Gauge or anything small and narrow such as a pen or your fingernail.
