Domestic Shipping

For domestic shipping, we send all orders within 48 hours of receiving them. Orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS, or US Mail.

Shipping rates for orders outside the contiguous US will need to be quoted by an Express Water customer service representative before the order can be processed.

Commercial items and oversized/overweight items may be subject to an additional shipping fee.

International Orders

We do not ship outside the US for orders placed over the internet. Please contact our customer service for an estimate of International Shipping costs.

P.O. Boxes

Please don’t provide a P.O. Box as your shipping address. FedEx will not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If you leave a P.O. Box as your shipping address we will attempt to send your package through USPS.


Delivery Details

Express Water doesn’t deliver on Sunday or major holidays. Express Water does not accept responsibility for any packages lost by any shipping service. If your package is lost you must contact the service who lost it for reimbursement. Express Water cannot accept responsibility for delays in shipping caused by shipping services.


Return Details

For any return you need to get an RMA Number. To get an RMA number contact our support.

Support will then help arrange for your product to be sent back to us.

Return Time
If your product is found to be defective, within 30 days of purchase, we will help arrange for the product to be sent back. After 30 days the product is subject to the warranty offered with the product.


Shipping

When packaging the product please use its original box. If you no longer have the original box, then use a box of the same strength. Try to pack the product in the same manner it originally came to prevent shipping damage. Be sure to include everything that was in the original box, including any free items. Make sure to drain all water from any product before shipping. Make sure to wrap the parts in plastic for shipping.
In your package, add a copy of your receipt or purchase information along with your RMA Number and contact details (Name, Phone Number, Email Address).

Cancelling an Order

If your item has not been shipped yet you can cancel your order (most items are shipped within two days of placing your order). Just contact support and they will help to cancel your order. If your item has already been picked up for shipment it cannot be canceled and you will have to return the item for a refund.

Refusing a Shipment
Do not refuse your shipment without an RMA Number. All returns must have an RMA Number. If you refuse a shipment without an RMA Number: no refund will be given.
If you have already obtained an RMA Number you can apply it to the shipment and refuse it. Shipping charges will be applied to the balance of your refund.


Refunds Details

Refunds are given using the payment method used when you place your order. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process. Refunds are processed after we receive your return. The amount of the refund will be based on the manufacturer’s warranty and Express Water’s return policy. If your item was bought on sale, the sale price will be used to determine your refund.


Refund Policy

Every Express Water Reverse Osmosis System, parts, and filters come with a 30 day money back guarantee from the purchase date. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error.
  • If your system was returned completely unused (unopened with filters in original condition) we will give a full product refund when we receive the undamaged system.
  • If the system was returned used and was not defective, or if you filter packaging was opened, 15% of of the price will be used as a restocking fee when the package is received undamaged.
  • If your merchandise was defective we refund the full purchase price when we receive the merchandise in undamaged condition.
