Refunds Details
Refunds are given using the payment method used when you place your order. Refunds usually take 3-5 business days to process. Refunds are processed after we receive your return. The amount of the refund will be based on the manufacturer’s warranty and Express Water’s return policy. If your item was bought on sale, the sale price will be used to determine your refund.

Refund Policy
Every Express Water Reverse Osmosis System, parts, and filters come with a 30 day money back guarantee from the purchase date. All return shipping fees are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or our error.
If your system was returned completely unused (unopened with filters in original condition) we will give a full product refund when we receive the undamaged system.
If the system was returned used and was not defective, or if you filter packaging was opened, 15% of of the price will be used as a restocking fee when the package is received undamaged.
If your merchandise was defective we refund the full purchase price when we receive the merchandise in undamaged condition.
