"I have to find time to call and trouble shoot. I replaced the filters as needed and it still won't work. I didn't realize that I would pay for the machine, 2 new filters every 6 months and another every year at about $200 a year. This is not saving money or the environment."

"The unit and quality is great, taste is fantastic but customer service and availability is subpar. Replacement filters for the 5 stage countertop unit out of stock for months with no 3rd party filter compatibility. Defeats the purpose in buying this brand/product if you can use it for only 6 months out of the year. Notification option did not work, discovered they were finally in stock on my own."
