Filter did not work for our RO return process a hassle
"The three filters we purchased from the website were not the correct ones for out commercial RO. I emailed asking for the process to return them as the website states to do. Never received a e-mail back, so then I called the customer service to then I was helped. Had to ship product back with my own money. It has been 11 days since Express Water has received the returned product. I have to see my money returned, nor a email response on when I will see my money returned. Not happy with this company."
