Good Product, Poor Options for Maintenance

"I love the product and what it offers, but note that it's prone to cracks. I've seen other reviews that share the same feedback. We had a sudden leak which led us to try everything to repair it over the course of weeks. We reached out to support and with their guidance we replaced all the O rings, put oil on the threading, swapped the housing compartments around, etc. Each time you pull this thing apart it's not easy and we had to purchase new parts to try all the options. What it came down to was I just had to purchase an entire new set because you can't easily replace one of the housing units - support didn't recommend replacing just one unit. It would have been a much happier resolution if I could have purchased one piece to replace instead of spending another $100 on all the parts i didn't need, including a new faucet. Seemed wasteful. Weeks of effort that was a bummer at the end."

Bought this unit for our get away home. Unbelievable customer service

"Received the unit with the easiest install yourself instructions I have ever used. Took this amateur 1:10 to install. Everything was great but the ballast didn’t work. While taking it out I broke the quarts tube. Call the number provided 3 days later the new parts arrived. Works great no leaks. The stinky well water now has no smell. This well water was not drinkable. We now cook with it and are waiting for water test results for drinking."

Refrigerator Filter System — Perfect!!

"Our water contains a sulfur bacteria. This system is placed in the cabinet above our refrigerator and works perfectly to filter and treat the water supply for the refrigerator and icemaker. As our refrigerator is on the opposite side of the kitchen sink, a drain line for the reverse osmosis system was not available (and would have been a major challenge to install a drain). This fit the bill perfectly. Installation instructions left a little to be desired (thinking they were modified from the system with the RO filter so verifying directional arrows was necessary). Absolutely thrilled with the system and the water tastes great (and now I have no concerns with bacteria)."
