"Very easy to install and all color coded. Saved a lot of space compared to most and I really like the PVC tank vs. the metal ones. And last but not least having/ pairing a Cooler to this kit is like the best. The cooler is like the size of those old mini PC's and saves you a lot pace in your refrigerator. "Purchased an Elite RO system a few years ago and had ordered extra filters when the system was purchased, but finally ran out. Returned to Express Water for replacements so the flow of great water can continue!"
Single filter is not available to purchase
"I don’t like taste of alkaline filter and so I can not remove it. If I want to replace it with another filter then I have to purchase all the filters. Can’t purchase a single filter or set of PAC filters. So I don’t like that. Other than that, replacing filter is easy."

"Plumber here, I’ve been installing owner provided filters for years now and never really knew which brand was better than the other. I decided to choose Express Water mainly due to the good reviews and the Elite RO system that is much more sleek and fit under my undermounted sink better. My key concern was to lower my TDS in my water. I am on well water with lab test verified TDS of a staggering 750. Immediately after the Elite RO install and start-up procedure complete, I had the water lab tested again. It is now 50 and the water taste better or as good as bottled water. I will start offering these systems to my customers until I see a reason to do otherwise."

"Filters a good, but came with no instructions for a first time filter change. Also, no instructions online. Contacted support, but still no proper directions. Water went everywhere upon changing filters due to supports poor instructions."
