My first negative review
"The filters should be on auto ship every 6 months. Maybe one is each year. I keep getting emails that filters are not available ? I finally received top filter. Was unable to remove filter. Called for customer service. Was told it’s a defect and I will receive a complete new unit in 5 days. Please return the defective unit. I say great! Weeks go bye I call the customer service again. They say they have no record of my last conversation. The rep says unplug unit open valve. I explain that I did that…. Rep says I’ll look into it and email you. I say great! Email says to try the same thing I already tried. Love the water filter. Can’t change cartridge. I’m going to email them back We will see?"
