My first negative review

"The filters should be on auto ship every 6 months. Maybe one is each year. I keep getting emails that filters are not available ? I finally received top filter. Was unable to remove filter. Called for customer service. Was told it’s a defect and I will receive a complete new unit in 5 days. Please return the defective unit. I say great! Weeks go bye I call the customer service again. They say they have no record of my last conversation. The rep says unplug unit open valve. I explain that I did that…. Rep says I’ll look into it and email you. I say great! Email says to try the same thing I already tried. Love the water filter. Can’t change cartridge. I’m going to email them back We will see?"

Back order finally came in

"I had waited 3 months to get this item. They could not get a supply. I finally called and was helped by a very informed woman who was able to order one for me and said they were having trouble with their supplier. I have it and it was easy to replace."

Replacement Filter Must Have!

"I haven’t used these yet, BUT Have had to replace it in the past. There is nothing like the annoying sound when it’s time to replace your filter. Seems to always happen on a Sunday night when everything is closed SO my solution is to always have one in back up. Highly recommend. We love our system."

Replacement filter

"The filter is fine. It was out of stock for several months and we had to purchase a water cooler so we had drinking water. Not what we wanted to have to do. Keeping your product in stock and available is the most important thing you can do as a company."

Unable to get filters

"Months without a filter seems like a real problem you as a company should have fixed by now. What in your supply chain could have caused such an incredible delay? If the filter is made overseas you should have been able to generate and air freight filters by now. When will this be in stock? It's kind of ridiculous at this point."

Out of stock on proprietary filter

"I'm sorry but I need to make my position represented in the reviews here. I know there are stock issues but this product has been out of stock now for 2 months. That means nearly 17% of the users of this product are due for a filter replacement and cannot do so right now. My unit beeps every day every time I use this thing waiting for a replacement. Please make sure you overstock these next time for long term. Supplying something that is proprietary like this means you can never run out of stock."
