"How it is possible that filter is never available, I need to replace the filter ASAP. Also the shipping is to expensive for a simple filter. Please can I have a date for the availability"
"I placed my order and I paid on line I was told that for filtration I need two filters Then I received Notifications that one of my filters has been shipped. I called to ask about my second filter you said that the call is only for emergency. I tried to reach customer service with email. Your AI confirmed that there will come in 2 different packages. The first package arrived. I emailed your AI and asked for my second package and I was said no more second package. It was a struggle that was very stressful. Finally after going back and forth and spending g a lot of time and getting very stressed your AI told me that both filter are in the first shipment and that there is no second package. You confused me and the fact that that I could not talked to a person it was very stressful. I know you only think about the bottom line but my advice to you is to also think about the customer service as well"
"I love the model 6 and it does a great job at providing great water but shipping to Canada was ridiculously expensive"

"We bought the model 6, and we are very happy with it. It does make a little noise when in use but that doesn't bother us at all. We have never had to wait for the water tank to refill, and we use it to fill 2 gallon pails of water for our dogs. This unit is much better than any we have seen."
"I purchased this as a replacement for the model 6 I bought during prime days. The one in the model6 now is awesome, I had an RO under sink system with the tank, big improvement."
