3 year old system with new filters. Still working 100%.

"I've been using a three-stage Express Water filtration system for about three years now, and I installed it myself. My setup includes multiple carbon filters, an iron filter, a spin-down sediment filter, and, because my city's water hardness is off the charts, I also installed a water softener upstream of the filtration system. I just replaced the filter cartridges for the third year, and I'm happy to say the system is still performing like it did when it was brand new. I've had excellent results. One piece of advice: stick with the genuine Express Water replacement cartridges. I tried looking at the cheaper aftermarket filters on Amazon, but in my experience they don't last nearly as long or perform as well as the original filters from Express Water. Overall, I highly recommend Express Water. The system has been reliable, easy to maintain, and has made a huge difference in the quality of my home's water."

"Feel like I wasted my $$$ Why would it be called an “ultimate” system? Totally misleading! My ppm went up! Filtering to just 5 microns is unacceptable with all that were exposed to u see that size."

Package Never Arrived

"I ordered a replacement filter on June 1 and still have not received it. The package was marked “Out for Delivery” by USPS on June 8, then returned to processing and has not moved since. The shipping address on the package contained an incorrect house number, which created additional delivery issues. I contacted USPS and reported the address problem, but I have still not received the item. Unfortunately, I have not received any assistance or update regarding a replacement or resolution. I cannot review the product itself because it never arrived."
