Overall we are very happy
Easy to install, nice color coded connections. I do wish there was more direction given to push the hoses twice into the connectors before locking them. We had a few leaks because I didnt push twice.

My wife got into fish aquariums. Our water was rather hard (500 ppm TDS) and this unit reduced it to about 8 ppm. She would remineralize that to about 170 ppm. I set this up in a bathroom that wasn't used filled the tub with the water that she used. The fish were very happy, their water would last weeks longer prior to needing changing.

I've had the ROS around a year now. Trouble free so far and we are enjoying the water I sure don't miss going to get 3 - 5 gallon bottles filled and lugging them to my basement and lugging them up when another jug is emptied. I wished I would have done this years ago !
