"1/4" Tank Ball Valve was not included. Customer Service didn't respond to my message. The tank is very light (thin) and came dented in 2 places from the base stand placed on the top for shipment. It doesn't affect functionality yet, but you have to assume that the inner protective coating is damaged. I need it now and have no choice but to use it."
"I tried to be patient with this company but all they've done is just really drop the ball several times. They sent me a damaged tank with no free 1/4-inch tank ball valve. I have this gray stuff that's coming out constantly, all the time. It won't go away. They tell me to flush it. I've been flushing it for a month. Actually it's down to where it only comes out in the morning now but it shouldn't come out at all. They told me they were going to send me a replacement tank for the damaged one and I waited a week thinking it was going to come here. When I checked they hadn't even shipped it. When they did finally ship it, they shipped it to my street address in Texas. They have all my information. I've bought a lot of stuff from them. I live in California. So here I am waiting again for a tank that got shipped to Texas. Then they apologized and said they would immediately ship me a replacement tank. A week later I was waiting like a fool again and they hadn't even shipped it AGAIN!. Now they want pictures of the damaged box, etc. It's just gotten to be ridiculous. I will never use this company to buy anything again. It's a waste of my time. I'm dealing with cancer and I don't have time to waste on this ridiculous stuff."
"Shipment arrived quickly and in great shape. Pricing was very competitive with good reviews. Keep in mind most tanks don't come with fittings and/or shutoffs. Connected tank with 9lbs of air and is working great. I have all the RO i need during heavy demands. I'd recommend for a large RO tank"
"1st tank I received had a big dent. I called and they sent a 2nd one, it had a small dent. My plumber said we could use the 2nd one, but not happy."
