"This product is cheap and poorly made. I wish I never bought it. After only 3+ years, I was awaken this morning by a neighbor who saw water flowing out of my garage. The cheap blue housing cracked and I had 3 inches of water in my garage. Their lame support persons wants you to jump through hoops showing pictures and receipts, but it doesn't matter as they only warranty for one year. WTF? These greedy clowns don't even sell the housing replacements, only a single stage filter with extra hardware you don't with and added cost for being a customer. This company is rotten to the core. . . Will find alternate housing."

Difficulty replacing leaking housing
"I loved my whole house system until the housing began to have pin hole leaks. I tried to get replacement housing and have had multiple conversations with at least two different Expresswater personnel and sent photos and details multiple times. I have agreed to purchase and was told I had to go to this WaterExpress website and sent all info in again. Still no assistance on correct housing. I have been without my house filter over 3 months and considering purchase of a entire new system. I am not impressed with this customer service so looking elsewhere. My system is barely 5 years old. I am so disappointed in both the lack of availability of housing only replacements and poor customer service!"

I’m on Citi water, but seen a difference immediately my only regret was not buying this one sooner. I used pex pipe. Took me the whole day to install it because I’m a perfectionist. "The Ultimate System has been an absolute game-changer for our home. Living in an area with heavy sediment, hard water, and elevated metals, we needed a filtration system that could handle it all—and this one has exceeded our expectations. Since installing the system, the hard water stains inside our stainless steel dishwasher have virtually disappeared, and our dishes come out spotless. We also tested our water after installation, and the results were outstanding—everything we were concerned about was effectively removed. To maximize filter life, we added a spin-down filter and a sediment filter ahead of the Ultimate System. Even with our challenging water conditions and a household of six (including four boys ranging in age from 5 to 24, so our water usage is substantial), the filters are lasting an impressive 10 to 11 months. I’ve installed several filtration systems from different brands for family members over the years, and this is by far the best. The build quality is excellent, the performance is exceptional, and the price is very competitive. I was so impressed with this system that I purchased one for another family member. "My community shares a common well and tanks and it's been pretty bad. There isn't any treatment (aside from chlorine) from the tanks to our house. I have had to replace many appliances because of the poor quality of the water in the past and I should put this filter system in sooner. I installed it about a month ago (01/26) and I am overwhelmed at the difference. I drink it now, use it for cooking pasta (never used it cook before), and I cannot wait for my swamp cooler and my garden. If you're thinking about this, I recommend it."

"System arrived in good condition and was easy to install. I had to reverse the inlet which had easy to follow instructions. However, a torque setting or number of turns on the pressure gauges would have prevented me from over tightening which prevented two of the gauges from working. After calling about the problem, the tech provided instructions to back off the gauges one turn which solved the problem. So far, system is working great."

For example, if your house's incoming pressure is 40 psi, it may drop to 35-37 psi after passing through the filtration system. Filter Replacement Timing: Replace all three Whole House Filters every 6 months to 1 year under normal water conditions within EPA guidelines. Replace filters sooner if you notice a pressure drop of 10-12 psi from the original pressure (e.g., if the incoming pressure was 40 psi, but now it's below 30 psi). Sediment-Heavy Water: In areas with heavy sediment, the Sediment Filter may need replacement more frequently, even before the other filters. Best, Express Water
