"The product seems to work great. We added a softener to our water system and the water tasted HORRIBLE! The RO system greatly improved the taste. System was fairly easy to install. The only knock I have against the system is that the instructions were not clear in a couple of areas. On the flip side of this, I had to call their Customer Service for clarification. The lady I got in touch with (Arlene) was fantastic. Where the instructions were unclear she sent me supplemental info that clarified things and let me install the system correctly. The other knock I had was that the product dimensions on Amazon did not include the tank dimensions. Had to make additional room for the tank. Overall I am quite pleased with the system and would do it again."

"We have the full house and 7 stage system under the sink. We have city water and it made me itchy sometimes after a shower. Not any more. And the water from the 7 stage with the uv light. Best tasting water we have ever had. Going on 4 years and it's worth the money!"

"The support to install was superior, our aysyem has worked flawlessly and my TDS meter still reads at the same superior quality level as it did when I first installed the system 6 months ago. BEST INVESTMENT I have ever made from a company who provides the best customer support and stands by the quality of the product they deliver. The negative comments must not have installed their system correctly which does take detailed accuracy to ensure peak performance."

"Product is faulty and their scumbags waste water kept draining. Did not shut off refused to pay for return shipping and a restocking fee they charged they took over $100 back scumbags never tested the product when he got back to them just put it back on the shelf for the next guy to deal with.
