"I had bought it before. A professional plumbing company stole it and stuck their cheap working system in. Theirs broke. I bought yours again. It is working perfectly and water tastes better than professional plumbers expensive system that broke after 2 years."
"Second product I've purchased from here. First was the whole home system. Very easy to setup, I did run into an issue when installing due to the video guide and written instructions not giving the same information leading to me not placing the silicone seal in one of the filter cases, which unfortunately led to the plastic wrench breaking (I thought I hadn't tightened it enough) and water spraying everywhere. I'd recommend possibly looking into that, but otherwise the system works great, and I've had people comment on my water quality in my house and even make a point to take some home in a bottle!"
"This is a great system. I enjoyed my old one for about 10 years but it sprang a leak so I bought another one."
"Absolutely love it. I've gifted 1 to family that had city water with high lead. I would recommend it to everyone."
"Loved how fast the system came in and very easy to install , will be recommending the system to my family members."
"Fast delivery, nice presentation, and the best, its performance. This is my second unit, and I have recommended it to my whole family and friends!!!"
"I know our families bodies’ will benefit greatly from it and becoming healthier from it too! Thank you!"
"Excellent customer service technical help from Joseph M. and also on past. I love this product, its reliable, reasonable and provides me and my aquatic life with pure water. Recently added the minerals and Im glad thats an option. I love that the filter changes can be done by me, a 70 yr old woman. No need to hire a professional tochange out the filters on my undersink 5 stage system and i love the 3 yr supply of filters i found online, then buy the alkaline in two packs. The manual gives cery clear instructions for installation and for filter replacements! Thank you Express water. Ive already referred two friends. One had purigem installed and paid 10x the price! They also charge way higher for filters. She will be switching her system to Expess RO system when time comes to replace her filters!"
"The product is fine. But the review system is useless. Every review is duplicated many times to make it appear that they have many positive reviews."
"This RO kit was easy to install and operate. Instructions coupled with videos provided all the information anyone could need. As far as performance goes, the system works flawlessly and produces delicious clean water. I recommend this system without any reservations."
